Insight Material
We are testing and building up numbers, so expect more new selections each season. Also known as cast iron plants, aspidistras are native to Asia where they grow in shade beneath larger trees. There are many varieties of aspidistra offering different sizes, but they are all loved for their leafy foliage that can instantly green up interiors. Aspidistras grow from central rhizomes. They can reach up to 3 1/2 feet in height and width, making them a great choice if you’re looking for a larger plant that can serve as a nice centerpiece.
